Electro Permanent Magnetic lifting is combination of permanent as well as electro magnet power which is required to clamp the job or declamp the job.
Lifter plate will not Fall down even during electric power failure because EPM LIFTER required power only for holding the plates & declamping the plates. So, it is 100% safe for handling the plates.
Continuous electricity is not required so it having advantage of saving electricity over conventional electromagnetic Lifter.
During power failure the system will maintain its status, for e.g. it will hold the plate even during power failure. Enhanced safety feature [ ESF ]
Safety interlocks Key to magnetized / demagnetized is provided,
A) Two Buttons are to be Press Simultaneously Yellow & Green Then only system will be in magnetize condition, this help to avoid chance of Accident.
B) To off the system again two button need to press simultaneously Yellow & Red.
Chain and Hanging Arrangement – made of grade 80 high strength steel along with bull ring.
Control Unit Works on input voltage 415 V AC 3 phase. Time requires for On / Off Cycle is In few Seconds.

2) By Radio Remote Control ( Rrc ) Unit.
Operation through RRC unit can be done from crane operator’s cabin as well as from ground level / material handling area.
1 Set Radio remote is provided with controller. The range of radio remote is 100 meter ± 10%. ( 1 Set of radio remote consists of 1 No. receiver & 1 Nos. remotes ).
Special Key / Switch are provided. This helps to avoid accident.
3) By Master Control Unit.
Electronic Control Unit will be used, in case radio remote control ( RRC ) not available to operate for Operation.
